Biddeford, Maine

I'm not sure how to describe this awesome week I had in Maine.  Not only did I rediscover the beauty of the area, but of life in general... which I'm sure sounds a little "sappy" to some.  But the intense emotional and cathartic experience led me back to an inner journey that at times I have lost track of.  It's time to extend this outward.  My emotional need for independence was at one time a survival skill, with many positive results.  Yet over time, it has served in ways to put distance between myself and others I care for very deeply.

May life continue to remind me to:

  • Accept, celebrate and share my vulnerability with love.
  • Ask for help, share my needs, and accept what comes.
  • Take time each day to enjoy myself and welcome the outcome.

Love and blessings to the Maine group, as well as my friends and family, who after all these years,  still offer their acceptance, patience and guidance... ♡
